Deanne Robertson

Deanne is a practicing Registered Massage Therapist and qualified Canadian Clinical Exercise Physiologist with 15 years of experience providing conditioning rehabilitation therapy services for individuals with work-related injuries, motor vehicle accidents, and many private clientele. Her range of expert services includes Functional Ability Evaluations, specific fitness assessments, return to work planning, ergonomic assessments, global and regional fitness training for specific injuries, education regarding fitness principles, injury prevention based practices, personal training, and myofascial release techniques. Deanne was born and raised on a farm south of Holdfast, SK, where she attended Holdfast Schell High School. She went on to obtain a B. Sc. Kin at the University of Saskatchewan, and CSEP-CEP certification (Canadian Society for Exercise Physiology – Clinical Exercise Physiologist). She then continued her education to become a Registered Massage Therapist taking her education at the Western College of Remedial Massage Therapies in Regina. She has a strong passion for health and fitness, and has competed at elite level competitions in short distance sprinting. Deanne is the recipient of many All Canadian athletic awards, Native and Open Record Holder in sprints, Championship titles, qualifying for National/Olympic Trials, and was named in 2013 and 2018 to the Saskatoon Sports Hall of Fame Award Recipient for 1999/2000 CIAU National Championship Title as well as the 2002/2003 CIAU National Championship Title. Deanne developed a deep personal passion for rehabilitation of various injuries after a career ending injury which prevented her from excelling any further in elite level sprinting. Following this passion, Deanne turned to exercise therapy, and worked for 15 years with a local company performing exercise therapy with individuals who have suffered from a work related or motor vehicle accident injury. She brings this unique combination of experience and passion to her private practice daily. Deanne also enjoys spending time with her husband Craig and three little boys travelling to hockey, baseball, and football.
